As the Chief Credit Officer, I will be responsible for the Bank’s lending policies, underwriting and asset quality. A key focus in my new role will be to ensure the Bank has the appropriate foundation in place to continue its tremendous growth rate. Success in this arena will come from streamlining our lending processes; utilizing technology to handle the “vanilla” and freeing up the time of our talented employees to focus on growing the business.

Tell us about your professional experience.

I worked at WSFS Bank for the last 17 years of my career and had the opportunity to work with, or within, various lending areas to include Commercial and Industrial Lending, Commercial Real Estate, Private Banking, Small Business, Consumer, Equipment Leasing as well as Government Guaranteed Lending (predominantly SBA 7A).  In my last seven years at WSFS I served as the Chief Credit Officer and the Bank grew ~$4B to ~$20B during that time.

I attended Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY and obtained a B.S. in Sport Management.  Go Bombers!!

Are you actively involved in your community?

What do you like to do outside of work?

I love spending time with my kids at our place in Ocean City, MD. I also enjoy homebrewing as my schedule permits.
